After releasing Heart & House, I thought I'd try writing more about myself and my mental health. Being away from home and spending a lot of time on my own has made me realise how unhealthy my habits and lifestyle are. There's some quite blunt imagery on this album addressing topics like toxic masculinity, depression, confrontation and so on. I hope you all enjoy this album and chapter in my musical career.
